Your Partner in Mental Wellness

Welcome — and thank you for taking this first step toward becoming the version of yourself you've always envisioned.

My name is Jeff Lin, PsyD independently licensed (#11106) in Massachusetts and over the past decade, I have dedicated my profession to working with adults navigating the complexities of modern life. Through this work, I've come to deeply understand a truth that many of my clients share: mental health struggles so often arises when the life we are living falls out of step with the life we truly want to live.

I have a particular passion for supporting individuals through times of transition — whether that means career shifts, relationship changes, loss, or simply the quiet but profound feeling that something needs to change. In a world that is constantly evolving, learning to move through transition with courage and clarity is one of the most meaningful skills we can develop together.

I think of therapy as a garden. My role is not to hand you a finished landscape, but to provide the scaffolding, the sunlight, and the conditions in which you can grow and bloom into the most vibrant, authentic version of yourself. The work is yours — and it is deeply worth doing.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational frameworks — modalities that together honor both the thinking mind and the felt experience of being human. Above all, I lead with authenticity and transparency, because I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful catalysts for change.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me on the water fishing, or in the gym — lifting, training in jiu-jitsu, or simply moving my body with intention. With fishing, I fish not because I am guaranteed a catch, but because I believe it is possible. I've learned to stay, to adjust, and to keep trying — and I find that this is not so different from the work we do in therapy. We build ourselves in the presence of uncertainty, with effort and patience, adapting as we go. These pursuits remind me daily of the values I bring into my practice: persistence, presence, and trust in the process.

My genuine hope is that this space becomes somewhere you feel safe to explore, to question, and ultimately to build a life you feel proud of and truly happy in.

If any of this resonates with you, I would love the opportunity to connect. I look forward to hearing from you.
